At Professional Pet Grooming LLC, we’re committed to creating a calm, stress-free environment where every pet feels safe and loved.
When you arrive, your groomer will greet you and your pet, assess their condition, and discuss any health, behavior, or grooming needs. We’ll review your preferences, offer helpful advice, and provide transparent pricing with an estimated pickup time.
Your pet’s comfort is our top priority. We pay close attention to signs of stress and offer breaks when needed to ensure a positive experience. Since every pet is different, we tailor our grooming approach to match their unique needs and personalities.

Hi! I’m Ashley Estepp, the proud owner of Professional Pet Grooming LLC. I’m a mom to an energetic 5-year-old little boy, and I have an incredible fiancé who supports me every step of the way as I pursue my dreams. Our home is full of love — and animals! We share it with four dogs, one cat, and a flock of chickens.
My journey in animal care began with 11 wonderful years in the veterinary field, where I gained invaluable experience and deepened my love for animals. In 2014, I followed in my mother’s footsteps and transitioned into pet grooming — a move that combined my veterinary background with my passion for helping pets look and feel their best.
In 2022, I made the decision to leave the animal hospital and devote myself full-time to grooming. I took over my mother’s salon in Travelers Rest and have loved continuing her legacy while building my own. Then, in June 2025, a long-time dream came true: I opened a second location in Greenville! It has been such a joy getting to meet new clients and their beloved pets at both locations.

Elisabeth grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, and has lived throughout the Upstate. She loves the small-town community feel.
Elisabeth is A 2017 graduate of Greenville Technical College with a Certificate in Professional Grooming and Animal Care, Elisabeth spent seven years perfecting her craft in local salons before launching The Dog Star Grooming, LLC in 2025. Operating out of Professional Pet Grooming’s Travelers Rest location, she takes pride in providing top-quality care for every furry client. Her Border Collie mix, Panda, keeps her on her toes and inspires her daily

Bri's love for animals—especially dogs—started early, and her dream of becoming a groomer began back in 6th grade. Now living that dream, she’s continuing her education to become a Master Groomer, always perfecting her craft.
At home, Brianna and her fiancé share a lively home with five dogs (including a Standard Poodle) and their energetic 3-year-old. When she’s not grooming, she’s out hiking or doing dog sports with her pups.
Her lifelong passion and care make her the kind of groomer who treats every dog like her own.

Brianna is a proud TR local with an undeniable love for dogs. She’s a devoted dog mom to three spoiled pups her Standard Poodles named Teddy, Summer and her Labradoodle named Ellie.
A 2022 graduate of Travelers Rest High School, Brianna jumped straight into the grooming world and quickly found her calling. Now at 21, she’s been perfecting her craft for nearly three years and couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
Although she didn’t grow up surrounded by animals, dogs have completely captured her heart — and her life! Today, she spends her days doing what she loves most: helping every pup look and feel their absolute best.

Jubilee
Jubilee is a professional Pet Groomer, who was born and raised in St. Louis. She now lives with her husband in their charming tiny home, where she enjoys singing hymns and playing the piano when she’s not busy grooming pups.
Her love for animals began early—growing up with a Cocker Spaniel sparked her lifelong passion for caring for dogs. Jubilee takes pride in providing every pet with gentle, high-quality care and can’t wait to pamper your furry friend, too!

Kylee
Kylee has always had a natural love for animals, and turning that passion into a career in dog grooming has been an incredibly fulfilling journey for her. Whether it’s a full spa day or a quick clean-up, Kylee is committed to making every pup feel comfortable, cared for, and looking their absolute best.
One of her favorite parts of grooming is getting to know each dog’s unique personality — and nothing beats the happy tail wags she sees at the end of every appointment!
Outside of the grooming salon, Kylee enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. She’s also a proud pet parent to her Australian Shepherd, Maggie, who keeps her on her toes and inspired every day.
