You will be charged 50% of your groom price if you do not cancel 48 hours in advance. 


For 2 or more cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, all future appointments will need to be booked with a credit/debit card on file.

Grooming sessions can take 1-4 hours depending on the pet's size, coat condition, and the services performed. We also require all pets to be picked up within 1 hour of  your pet being ready. 

1. Our salon is located in a neighborhood on a private drive we have several children who play on or near the road so please drive safely and slowly when entering and exiting your appointments. No more than 10MPH.


2. Please pay attention to the rock wall at the bottom of the drive way when pulling in and out poor wall has taken some abuse recently which cost money to repair if this keeps happening I will unfortunately have to add the cost of repairs to the person responsible.


3. Please walk pets in wooded area or side yard and please pick up after your pet, we have bags located just inside the door.
